As a ballet teacher since 2011, I am proud to specialize in adult beginners. As a dancer who began ballet training at 17 myself, I know how rewarding it can be to learn ballet at any age.

I teach athletes who wish to support their sport training with ballet, dancers who specialize in other forms of dance, or just people who want to learn ballet or come back to it after a long absence. Ballet is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, stamina and learn musical and physical dynamics. I specialize in classes that are appropriately paced for those starting from the very beginning. And promise to challenge all dancers to work hard on their craft.
